Sexto Elemento (Natural Wine) 7,000 bottles per year

Rafa Lopez comes from a family of winegrowers and it wasn't until 2003, after working for several years in other vineyards producing wine for other people, that he decided, along with his wife, to return to his roots in Valencia and put all his passion for wine into producing his own, something he had wanted to do for some time. The oldest vines found on his land are of between 60 and 100 years old and the whole process of producing the wine, from vine to bottle is organically, with manual harvest and each bottle is numbered. The climate is continental with a Mediterranean influence, with very little rainfall in the area.

The wine goes under the name of Sexto Elemento - the 6th Element, after such elements as fire and earth.
