Patela Cremoso (Organic Cows milk cheese) 900g (approx)
This cows milk cheese is an absolute delight in the mouth.
This fresh, pasteurized, Galician cheese is commonly named 'queixo do pais' (cheese from the countryside). It has a smooth, waxy, yellow rind and a creamy interior. It is so soft it almost melts in the mouth and you can almost spread when at room temperature. It has a lovely flavour, buttery with a hint of yoghurt. The producer, Casa Anxel is a family-run company and has been farming their own cows for almost 100 years. All their cheeses are of organic production.
