'Manchego' with Rosemary - semi-cured 750g Wedge (approx)
From the award-winning producers Quesera Campo Rus, we bring you this well-balanced, aged cheese coated with locally grown rosemary. It cannot officially be called a 'Manchego' because it is coated in rosemary, but otherwise it is indistinguishable from Manchego in every way. It is made from raw ewe's milk and aged for six months, in which time the cheese picks up just a little of the aroma, adding an extra depth of flavour.
