Beech Smoked Mackerel in olive oil
Forget the vacuum-packed peppered variety, these softly smoked fish (beautifully hand-packed in olive oil) are a tasty way of boosting your omega-3 intake. If you can't resist, eat them cold straight out of the tin but you can also try them with white rice, or in a salad. Serve them with a glass of one of our stunning Albariņo wines such as Eidos.
