These tiny sweet cockles are a thing of beauty in the tin and a taste sensation in the mouth. Fresh, moist and deliciously marinated in a garlic sauce, you can serve them cold as a tapa and mop up the sauce with good crusty bread. A glass of one of our white wines will partner very well with this outstanding example of Galician seafood.
