Bomba rice 500g
This limited-production Bomba rice from artisan producers Molí de Rafelet is probably the purest, most natural and tastiest rice available throughout Spain. It is naturally elaborated, and packed following the family tradition, using THE ONLY EXISTING HANDCRAFTED WOODEN MILL IN SPAIN. It has an exceptional flavour and contains no additives or preservatives, it requires less cooking time than other Bomba rice and is by far the best rice for Paella. Round grained, it doubles in size during cooking. It can never be overcooked and the grains remain separate. Whilst most other rice is bleached and contains additives and preservatives, the rice of Molí de Rafelet is not bleached and contains no additives or preservatives whatsoever and therefore requires refrigeration once opened.
Product comes vacuum packed and the cloth bags are hand-stitched.
