To truly be Sobrasada, the label must state 'Sobrasada de Mallorca'. What we bring you is something even better, 'Sobrasada de Mallorca de Cerdo Negro', which is related to the ibérico pig of the mainland but is slightly larger with a longer neck, meatier cheeks and seasoned with local paprika. Being from black pig, it is much smoother in texture, with much less fat and is also is much richer in flavour.
