Spicy BBQ Chorizo 100% natural
Our mouth watering, spicy BBQ Chorizos make the perfect tapas. They are individually strung to ensure the flavour and juices are kept inside until cooked. They are also very versatile and can be cooked on the bbq, on a grill or gently boiled in pots with other ingredients such as potatoes. They taste great cooked in a pan with a little red wine, turning up the heat to reduce the alcohol and leaving them to bubble for a few seconds before serving. This dish is known as the very popular Chorizo al Vino. These tasty little chorizos also go great with salad, potatoes, including jacket potatoes, hotpots, soups and stews, but be careful not to overcook them. If you’re cooking them on a bbq or on a grill then around 3-4 minutes should be plenty of time. If you’re adding them to hotpots, soups etc, then add them towards the end of your cooking time, around 8-10 minutes before, if you overcook them you may lose some of the flavour and dry them out too much.
