Chorizo (mild) from Galicia 100% natural
Our 100% natural, mild chorizo is sourced from a small producer located at the foot of the A Paradanta Mountains in Galicia. This succulent chorizo has been smoked over an oak wood fire which gives it its smoky aroma. It has a consistent, even texture and complex flavour, with a slight after-taste of garlic and red pepper which adds a special touch.
