Natural seaweed with mushrooms
A vegetarian 'surf and turf' mix of vitamin-rich local seaweed and mushrooms, fried in olive oil and herbs, and packed in their own juice. To enjoy, just warm gently in a saucepan and serve as a side dish. Or why not try it mixed with scrambled eggs or on a pizza.
