Tuna from Burela in olive oil
From the Galician port of Burela, this succulent, line-caught tuna is renowned as the 'finest of the finest'. It is white in colour, lower in fat and more delicate in flavour than other tunas. Try it on its own as tapas to appreciate the full flavour, or add it to a salad. A zesty glass of our light and fruity Pazo Casanova would go down well with it.
