A popular dish in Spain but less well known to us in the UK. We know you'll enjoy this versatile dish of sea urchin roe in a number of ways. You can try it cold on its own, mixed with salad or crab. It's also perfect for making croquettes, or adding to sauces, soups, pasta or scrambled eggs. Great with a fine white such as Turonia or a red Mencía like our woody Adega Algueira.
