Cockles with garlic sauce
These tiny sweet cockles are a thing of beauty in the tin and a taste sensation in the mouth. Fresh, moist and deliciously marinated in a garlic sauce, you can serve them cold as a tapa and mop up the sauce with good crusty bread. A glass of one of our whites such as Pazo Casanova or Davila will go down well with these.
