Squid in its own ink
These tiny delicate, baby squid come from Galicia's Rías Baixas. They are marinated in a sauce of tomatoes, onions, spices and their own ink giving the sauce its colour. Enjoy these served at room temperature, or warm the can in a saucepan of hot water, but don't overcook. Try it with white rice, the traditional Galician accompaniment and a glass of our fruity Quinta de Couselo.
