These plump, juicy Atlantic oysters in their fruity, herby marinade are the 'pearl in their can'. They taste delicious simply served cold with good crusty bread. A fine bottle of our fruity Pazo Casanova or Eidos white wine will go perfectly with this dish.
Oysters, olive oil, vinegar, lemon juice, onion, apple, apricot, oregano and other herbs unique to Spain, sea salt.
