Razor Clams in olive oil
Hand harvested from the Atlantic shores by divers, these fleshy, sweet razor clams have a slight resistance to the bite and a whiff of the seashore. Enjoy these served cold with a squeeze of lemon juice, or warmed gently in their own oil with lemon and garlic. Best enjoyed with a glass of our zesty whites.
