Queen Scallops, in king-scallops sauce
A double dose for scallop lovers - large, sweet and firm queen scallops marinated in a flavoursome king-scallop sauce. This makes for a fantastic dish whether served cold or warm, on their own or with other seafood. A glass of our light Pazo Casanova or Davila is the perfect accompaniment.
