Pagos de Galir Selección Rosa Rivero
Hand-picked, selected Mencía grapes from the steep, sun-soaked Valdeorras (Golden Valley) area produce this essential raspberry-rich red. Cellar for two to five years. Clean, fresh, fruity with excellent aroma of raspberries and red fruit, toasted with a little note of vanilla from the new wooden barrels. Fresh, light, exquisite, rounded and rich, with a fruity touch and a pleasurable end.
Between 16-18°C
100% Mencía. Twelve months in oak and another twelve in the bottle.
An excellent choice with meat or paella.
Considered one of the essential wines for a cellar. Awarded the Golden medal at the Wine International Salon 2005. Awarded the Golden Medal at the 15th edition of Tasting Galician Wines.
