Quinta de Couselo
Apple fresh with hints of anise, this is a full-bodied, first-rate Albariño from a small family vineyard in the fertile Rosal Valley. Pale yellow colour, clean fluid brilliance. Fresh delicate aromas giving a combination of fruity and floral notes (citrus and chirimoya fruits, laurel, menthol and balsam). An intense, full-bodied flavour in the mouth, excellent balance and taste, with a rich variety of shades, reminiscent of the bouquet. An elegant, fine, persistent aftertaste.
Between 7-10°C
75% Albariño, 20% Loureiro, 5% Caiño. Three months in stainless-steel vats.
Enjoy with any fresh or tinned seafood and cheese.
