Paella Pan (up to 6 people)
Paella is probably Spain’s most famous dish. To make good Paella, you need a good pan. We recommend that you treat your pan rather like you would a wok. The first time you use it, wash it in boiling water, but do be careful. Then, with some kitchen roll, rub a little olive oil over the inside of the pan before cooking. When you’ve finished and gently washed the pan, again rub some olive oil over the inside of the pan and leave it stored that way.
