Small family-run firm Ecoficus uses the sweetest organically cultivated Calabacita de Álmoharin figs (known for their fine texture and small seeds) to make this delicious cake. Other ingredients include honey, herbs, cinnamon and grated lemon rind and the cake is topped with Marcona almonds. Easy to slice, enjoy this smooth cake with cheese, chopped in salads, served with ice cream or yoghurt, or on its own. Its high fruit content makes it a healthy option.
