Dried Chickpeas (Organic)
These hand-prepared chickpeas produced by artisan and family producers Cachopo are carefully selected for their size and quality. They are smaller in size than other varieties, beautifully soft in the mouth when cooked, with a wonderful buttery texture. They are perfect for stews and tender enough for a light bean salad. There is no need to soak these chickpeas over night, however you can, should you prefer to. They make a perfect store-cupboard essential.
