Hailing from Aragon, these almond-shaped, purple-black olives are allowed to fully ripen on the tree, hand-picked then cured for 12 to 14 months in water, salt and herbs. The result is a soft textured, mellow fruit, with a hint of sweet almond and no bitterness. These Priorat olives are 100% natural with no preservatives or artificial flavours. Nibble them with a glass of a crisp white wine or Fino.
