Turrón de Jijona by artisan producer Alfredo Mira is made with all natural ingredients, almonds, honey, sugar and egg white, all meticulously selected beforehand and before now only available exclusively in Santander. Magnificent in colour, it oozes the aroma of toasted almonds, is silky smooth in texture and is impeccably molded.
