Top chef Marc Fosh has added exotic hibiscus flowers to create this 100% natural gourmet salt. The hibiscus flower petals infuse it with a subtle, zesty, floral scent and give it a lovely bright pink colour. Try this as a finishing salt for all types of meat and fish.
