Paella seasoning - 100% natural
Our paella seasoning contains all the essential spices needed to produce great tasting paella. That coupled with good quality ingredients: rice, saffron, chorizo and peppers, ensure the result is full-flavoured, beautifully textured and authentic tasting paella that would be well received in any Spanish kitchen. Our seasoning contains 100% natural ingredients in three sachets of 4g each, enough for 4-5 servings per sachet. Paella is famous throughout Spain and originated in Valencia with rabbit being the traditional choice of main ingredient. Saffron is the special ingredient that turns the rice that wonderful golden colour and is an essential part of the dish, which is why we recommend Saffron by artisan producers Molineta de Minaya, the finest example of Saffron we have come across. Paella is the perfect dish to personalise, once you have a recipe you really like, give it your own twist. At Flavours of Spain we love to place roasted red peppers over the top to finish the dish.
