This saffron is unquestionably one of the world’s best saffron and is used by top chefs in the UK. Every pack contains the quality seal of approval, Denomination of Origin La Mancha. Having met the producers, one of only two ‘family’ producers of Spanish saffron we know and understand the painstaking work involved in producing such a high quality saffron. By supporting small producers of saffron you too are supporting a vanishing artisan industry.
