La Boella Premium EVOO 2.5L (NEW HARVEST)
One of the few oils of Spain that belongs to a 'Pago' - a term that defines superior quality oil, made from the olives of specific olive groves. This producer's award-winning extra virgin oil is made of 100% Arbequina olives obtained from sustainable farmed groves. These are selected from the best harvest in mid November, when they are changing colour from green to black and still rosy. The resulting oil is well balanced and complex, with the fruitiness of ripe olives and hints of other ripe fruit. A slight taste of almonds brings an added sweetness.
