Balsamic Vinegar (Organic)

It is prepared using the traditional methods of wine and must concentrate oxidation, and matured in oak barrels for several years in the cellars of this small family firm. The result is an exceptional vinegar that is ideal for salads, in sauces, ready-made meat dishes and on fish, thanks to its perfect balance between acidity and sweetness.
