Rincón de la Subbética (Organic)

One of the world's best extra virgin olive oils made from the finest Hojiblanca olives from the Sierras Subbéticas nature reserve in Andalucia. A mix of traditional collection methods and high-tech processing produces an oil that has won several awards for its flavour and ethical production methods. Light, mild, fruity, it has a pepperiness but a sweet finish with no trace of sharpness.

Olive varieties: 100% Hojiblanca (organic).
