Eidos
Eidos means 'form' in Greek and this Rías Baixas wine has that alright. Its pale golden colour belies spicy and smoky notes that surprise but sit well with its fruitiness. Pale gold in colour with a powerful aroma of ripe white fruit and fine spicy notes. Powerful palate with smoky notes of nuts. Excellent acidity.

100% Albariño. Young.
